We call this the Moroccan. it’s a layer of pomegranate caramel made with pure pomegranate puree,layered with roasted and candied pistachios.
This Haskap Caramel is a local lover’s dream. We use Haskap berries from SK’s own Renouf Farms and make a delicious bright caramel and we pair it with popped, candied quinoa grown right in Saskatchewan. for a pleasing sweet crunch.
Salted Caramel Bonbon – Our Salted caramel is always as huge favorite among our customers with a layer of salted caramel and a layer of salted caramel ganache. But we’ve upped the game especially for Cuppa T by using their Caramel Latte Tea. We also use a smoked Malden salt that really pops the flavour.
We only use Cacao Barry couverture because not only do we think it’s the best tasting chocolate, we like their efforts in improving the sustainability of chocolate globally and the tools they provide to farmers to improve the fairness of trade.
None of the bonbons listed contain products that contain gluten, however, we do not run a gluten free facility so we consider then “gluten friendly”.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, sugar, glucose, cream, butter, tea, Pomegranate puree, Haskap berries, vanilla purees, salt, smoked salt and bourbon (less that 0.05% alcohol) by weight.
