The 25 piece box is a full pound of chocolatey goodness for the serious chocolate lover in your life. It contains 3 each of our 8 festive holiday bonbons, plus our exclusive connoisseur bonbon, the Ernots, made with real Grand Marnier and all dressed up for the holidays!

Pecan Pie
Hot caramel made with Bullitt bourbon mixes with a 40% single origin Ghana chocolate and is finished with house made pecan praline. You’ll swear you’re in the deep south eating Meemaw’s pie.
Noisette
We roast whole hazelnuts in house and smother them in a creamy rich blend of hazelnut gianduja and premium Cacao Barry chocolate.
Blood Orange Caramel
Butter, cream, blood orange puree become magical in a chewy caramel with the bright sweet and tangy taste of blood orange.

Fireball Caramel
We combine some of that spicy fireball whiskey in a secret recipe that gives you a big hit of cinnamon all wrapped up in delicious Cacao Barry Fleur De Cao 70% chocolate.
Black Forest
We layer a soft prairie cherry caramel, made with local Over the Hill Orchards cherries, over a creamy organic milk chocolate for the classic taste of a black forest cake in a bonbon.
Almond Bliss
We toast up buttery round Marcona almonds and nestle it inside a creamy coconut ganache made with pure coconut puree, Zephyr caramel white chocolate and shredded coconut.
Raspberry Zinger
Classic raspberry and chocolate combine in this ultra smooth bonbon made with real raspberry puree and Cacao Barry Mexique 66% chocolate.
Salted Caramel Irish Creme
We don’t use Bailey’s salted caramel in our bonbons but we did steal the idea to make this ganache that bursts with Irish cream flavor and finishes with a warm salty caramel taste.
The Ernots
A personal favorite; Grand Marnier caramel is blended with Cacao Barry 40% Ghana chocolate for a smooth silky caramel with hints of orange and brandy and it’s named for the fabulous chef instructor at the Pastry Academy by Amaury Guichon, who gifted me the recipe. Only included in the 25 piece Deluxe box.
