So we partnered and are providing just one of the many quality local items they offer. Our chocolates stand behind their brand.

In support of their studio name, we made a honey ganache made from locally sourced Howland’s Honey with sustainable milk chocolate from Cacao Barry.

If you like coconut, you’re going to love this one. We made a ganache from coconut puree and white chocolate studded with shredded coconut and candied orange peel and layered it with a soft blood orange caramel and if that wasn’t enough, we drizzled this bonbon with fruity ruby chocolate.

We made a caramel with real bourbon and add Malden smoked salt for lovely chewy caramel with real depth of flavour but to double it up with both texture and taste, we added a layer of salted caramel ganache, too.

The Double Raspberry We think raspberry and chocolate is a match made in heaven so we did a double whammy of raspberry in this sparkly heart bonbon. There’s a layer of raspberry ganache made with 70% Fleur De Cao chocolate and underneath a layer of bright raspberry caramel made with raspberry puree.
We only use Cacao Barry couverture because not only do we think it’s the best tasting chocolate, we like their efforts in improving the sustainability of chocolate globally and the tools they provide to farmers to improve the fairness of trade.
None of the bonbons listed contain products that contain gluten, however, we do not run a gluten free facility so we consider then “gluten friendly”.
Ingredients: Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate, sugar, glucose, cream, butter, fruit purees, spices, salt, bourbon (less that 0.05% alcohol) by weight.
